The Annual Giving Tree
Every holiday season, our cafés host the Giving Tree, where customers can select a tag representing a local child or family in need. Through donated gifts, winter essentials, and household items, we work together to brighten the holidays for those who need it most.
Because everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and cared for — especially during the holidays.

The Community Coat Rack
Winters in the Midwest are no joke.
Our Community Coat Rack provides free coats, hats, scarves, and gloves for anyone who needs them — no questions asked. Thanks to incredible partners like @NeckersJewelers, more than 40 coats were donated last year alone.
Warmth is a basic need — and when we meet people’s needs, we help them thrive.
Donations are accepted every winter at any 392Caffe location.
Fueling Local Events
We’re proud supporters of community events like @BigRiverGravel and other local races, rides, and athletic gatherings. Whether we’re cheering from the sidelines or providing coffee and fuel, we believe in energizing the people who make our communities active and vibrant.
